The processes in this kit.

A contracts register for any size of company: parties, type, entity, owner, value, start, term, automatic or manual renewal and the notice period, with the current term end, the last day to give notice and the renewal date worked out by the system (rolling automatic renewals included) - never by hand. Owners are reminded before each notice date and the legal group hears when no decision is recorded; renewals are decided and recorded in one step. A clause check reads a contract document and compares it with your own playbook (preferred position, fallback, red lines), clause by clause, quoting the document and the playbook - the model's judgement is shown as such and confirmed by a person. Obligations (who must do what by when) become tasks on the owner's list. Dashboards: contracts ending within 90 days, automatic renewals to decide, obligations overdue. The standard contract review kit stays available without the pack.
