Kibo / For operations
Operations, from order to replenishment.
Orders captured from the inbox, inventory moved exactly as people report it, and replenishment prepared the moment stock reaches its reorder level. The worked example is a print shop; the same applies to any operation that holds stock.
Orders and inventory, operated in plain language.
Kibo works on your orders, stock and purchases. People report what came in, what went out or what is missing; Kibo updates the right record and shows the change before it makes it.
Records it works on:
- Orders
- Stock
- Reorder levels
- Purchase requests
- Suppliers
- Tasks
Outcomes, not screens.
New orders in the orders inbox are captured, and later emails update them. Every stock movement is recorded exactly, never below zero, with who, when and why. When an item reaches its reorder level, operations is told at once and the purchase request is prepared.
Approved once. Enforced every time.
Replenishment is a policy: when stock reaches its reorder level, the production lead is told and the purchase is prepared with the usual supplier and quantity. It is approved once, versioned and applied every time.
Sovereign by design.
On your own servers, or hosted for you in a region of your choice, with an open-licence model. Your orders, customers and stock are never sent to a third-party AI provider, and no telemetry is sent to anyone.

Predictable cost.
Every person on the floor and every order is included in the same annual licence as the rest of the company, with no per-seat, per-token or per-module pricing.

Inventory you can audit.
Quantities change only through recorded movements, with their history. Nothing is ordered, sent or changed without confirmation, and every order, purchase and movement is in the audit record.
