Kibo / For finance
Finance operations, controlled by policy.
Purchase approvals routed by your policy, invoices built exactly from quotes and orders, and receivables followed up the day they fall due. People ask in plain language; nothing is paid, issued or sent until someone confirms.
Approvals, invoicing and receivables in one place.
Kibo works on purchase requests, invoices, payments and credit notes. People ask in plain language; Kibo applies your approval policy and invoice settings and shows the result before anything changes.
Records it works on:
- Purchase requests
- Approvals
- Invoices
- Invoice payments
- Credit notes
- Invoice settings
- Cost centres
Outcomes, not screens.
Every purchase request reaches the right approvers in order, and a changed amount restarts the approval. Invoices are numbered in sequence with no gaps and corrected only by credit notes. The day after an invoice falls due, its owner is offered a reminder to send.
Approved once. Enforced every time.
Spending authority is a policy: the requester's manager approves every purchase, and above 1,000 Finance as well. It is approved once, versioned and enforced by code, and an amount that cannot be read exactly is never waved through.
Sovereign by design.
On your own servers, or hosted for you in a region of your choice, with an open-licence model. Your invoices, suppliers and payments are never sent to a third-party AI provider, and no telemetry is sent to anyone.

Predictable cost.
Every requester, approver and invoice is included in the same annual licence as the rest of the company, with no per-seat, per-token or per-module pricing.

Financial control by design.
Amounts are read exactly and approval steps are applied by code, never skipped by the model. A sent invoice is never edited. Nothing is paid, issued or sent without confirmation, and every step is in the audit record.
